4.3 Payment Terms

Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis:

• Monthly: £7.99/month (UK) or $9.99/month (Global)
• Annual: £47.88/year (UK) or $59.88/year (Global)

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@remoterecruitment.co.uk.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months, except:

• Within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase (money-back guarantee)
• If we discontinue the service entirely
• As required by applicable law

5. Data Storage and Use

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We will store your CV data, profile information, and usage data on our secure servers
• We may use your data to improve the Service and provide personalized recommendations

• You may opt out of communications at any time through your account settings or by clicking "unsubscribe" in emails
• We will NEVER sell your personal data to third parties
• We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR)

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Remote Recruitment Network and its licensors.

You retain all rights to the content you create using our Service (such as your CV and cover letters). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to provide suggestions, recommendations, and content generation. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as guidance and suggestions only
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content before using it in applications
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You should not rely solely on AI suggestions for critical career decisions

All final content decisions and application submissions are your responsibility.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of employment opportunities, profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from your inability to access or use the Service
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content or suggestions
• Actions taken by third parties (employers, job platforms) based on content created using our Service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £100, whichever is greater.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (including job boards, course providers, and employer websites). We do not control and are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services
• Privacy practices of third-party websites
• Any damage or loss caused by your use of third-party services
